How do I hide an outgoing message?
In order to hide an outgoing message click the Human Icon in the far-right hand corner. Go to the drop-down menu and select “Settings”. Select “Mass Messaging” and enable “Hide Outgoing Messages”.

Can I text a Creator?
We currently do not offer text messaging as an option on FANZEN. To message a Creator, simply go to your Subscriptions section on your profile and select the creator you want to message.

My message/chat disappeared
All messages/chats with creators where no payments have been made will disappear once your subscription has expired. In order for chats and messages to remain in a read-only mode, you have to purchase the content through Pay Per View (PPV).
